Our rooms and chalets are located at 3 mains locations, the 6 storey tower block, the garden chalets and the Water Chalets. The tower block and the garden chalets are located on the shore (land), whereas the water chalets are located on stilts on the sea. The Beach Rooms, the Beach Studio 1 Floor, the Beach Studio Duplex and the Riau Suites are located in the tower block. The Garden Chalets are located on land on its own. The Standard Water Chalets, the Premium Water Chalet, the Water Villa 1 Bedroom and the Water Villa 2 Bedrooms are located on stilts on the sea.
All chalets come with a fixed-to-the-wall pangkin bed (day bed) or bunk which is convertible to an additional bed.

There are seven finger piers which reach out into the sea. These fingers house the water chalets with windows that open out to the sea beneath you and the sky above. Each outlet and facility in the resort reflects a unique personality all of its own, each with a character and a story from the diary of 'Lord Jennings Avery' - an adventurer (during the Columbus Era) who discovered Avillion during one of his many exploits. It is an array of charm, unlike any other resort in the region, an experience not to be missed.

All rooms are equipped with Air-conditioning units, Coffee/Tea making facilities, Private Toilet, Shower and Bath (selected rooms only), ’Pangkin’ (day bed), Lounge area (selected rooms only), Writing desk and chair, Astro Channels (selected channels only), Room safe, Radio, Telephone, Hair dryer, Daily newspaper, Ironing & ironing board are available upon request.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rates quoted for meant for Low, Medium and Peak Season as listed below. Dates not indicated under Medium and Peak Season is considered as Low Season.
Rates are quoted ++ subject to additional 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
Rates quoted are based on the following occupancy :
- Garden Chalet - 2 Adults and 1 child below 12 years OR 3 adults.
- Standard Water Chalet - 2 Adults and 2 children below 12 years OR 3 adults.
- Premium Water Chalet - 2 Adults and 2 children below 12 years OR 3 adults.
Check in time: 3.00p.m. Check out time: 12.00 noon
Extended Stay :
For late check-out after 12:00 noon, a day use rate will be levied at 50% off published rate. Late check-out is at 6:00 pm, after which the full day rate will apply.
Rates are applicable to local and Overseas market alike.
In the case of triple sharing basis, a rate of RM88.00 ++ per person (for 3rd adults) will be charged inclusive of 1 breakfast.
Child Policy: Children below the age of 12 years sharing room with parents (2 adults), is chargeable at RM30.00 ++ per child per night (inclusive of breakfast & day bed usage).
Complimentary baby cots are available upon request and are subject to availability.
Extra Person: A maximum of 3 adults per room are allowed and a surcharge of RM100 nett per person per night will be incurred for the third person with 1 breakfasts.
A rate at 50% off published rates will be charged for extension of stay from 12.00 noon till 6.00pm
A rate at 70% off published rates will be charged for extension of stay beyond 6.00pm.
All rates are subject to change without prior notice
Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit
Foreign currency will be converted at the point of payment according to the prevailing exchange rate
Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.



CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION POLICY :

Upon Confirmation, 10% of the room/packages charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest Credit Card/Account. The 10% deposit is non-refundable.
No charge will be levied if cancellation is made within 8 days or more prior to the Check In Date. The 10% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited and it is non-transferable.
Fifty percent (50%) of the room/package charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest Credit Card/Account in the event if cancellation is made within 5 to 8 days prior to the Check In Date.
One Hundred percent (100%) of the room/package charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest Credit Card/Account in the event if cancellation is made less than 4 days prior to the Check In Date.
In the event of No SHOW a One Hundred percent (100%) of the room/package charges for the total rooms/packages and the total length of stay shall be charged to the guest Credit Card/Account.
